The size depends on your party, and guests. Since you know your guests best, we cannot tell you what size would be enough, but we have our recommendations:

• 6" Round (4-6 servings)
• 8" Round (8-12 servings)
• 10" Round (15-20 servings)
• 12" Round (25-30 servings)
• 14" Round (30-36 servings)

If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up. You can always cover the sliced areas with parchment paper, and put the cake back in the box. It should keep well (if kept in the fridge) for at least 5-7 days from the pick up date.

Yes, you may reserve your items by placing an order ahead of time. All reservations require a payment to put the items aside. Please order at least 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee your orders, and 48-72 hours in advance to guarantee party trays and larger cakes than our standard 6-8" sizes.

**Please allot a bigger time range during holidays as we will take orders in until we hit our maximum pars.**

No, we no longer make custom cakes, but we can customize the colour of majority of our cakes to match the theme of your event. 

To place an order for a cake with a colour change, choose a cake from our menu, and select the "Change Colour" option. 

You may identify one colour to change the icing colour to in the special instructions section. However, the standard design will remain the same (i.e. toppings, chocolate drips, crumbs, cake pieces, etc).

We do not offer any of these options, as we would need to get rid of all these ingredients in the bakery for at least 48 hours to claim so. 

While not every recipe contains these ingredients, and we sanitize and clean between each recipe, if you choose to purchase any of the recommended items, please do so at your own risk.

NUT-FRIENDLY:

We offer many products that are nut-friendly, meaning they do not have any nuts in the recipe, but may contain traces of nuts as we bake with cashews, and sometimes, walnuts (seasonally). 

EGG-FRIENDLY:

We offer one cookie that does not contain eggs - the Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookie. However, bear in mind that we frequently bake with eggs.

Yes! We sell gift cards. You may buy them in-store or purchase an e-gift card online.

No, we do not offer delivery services. However, if you are unable to pick up your order, you may have someone pick up the order for you, so long as they are able to provide the name and the last four digits of your phone number for your order placed in advance.

Majority of our items are halal. The only reason we are not is because we offer Pork Empanadas (which are kept in a totally separate warmer, and served with totally separate spatulas). We also sell Hotdog Rolls (which are beef and chicken, but not halal certified).

For everything else, we use alcohol-free extracts, vegetable fat as opposed to animal fat, and we do not use gelatin. Also, all of our cheeses are made with microbial enzymes, containing no rennet.

As of December 20, 2023, the Federal Government prohibited the sale of plastic bags as an initiative to reach the Zero-Waste Goal by 2030. Due to this initiative, we recommend bringing reusable bags, or cardboard boxes. 

If you prefer our bags, they are readily available for purchase in two different sizes, and if they will be gifted, please let our staff know, and we will happily add tissue paper to truly make it look like a gift!

Since we work with high risk ingredients such as fruit, meat, and dairy, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has left the premise. We are diligent in maintaining temperatures and conditions around our products on site so you get the best quality each time.

Since we do not add preservatives that help control high risk factors and shelf life, we cannot guarantee products are not compromised once it has left our bakery (i.e. if there is a heat wave, cross contamination from pollutants, etc).
